A spokesperson for the franchise said that the franchisees average annual sales are about $1 million, and that in the last six months they have sold about 4,000,000 pies, more than 10% of the company’s annual sales. 

In addition, the company is expanding its operations to cater to the ever-increasing number of new diners, and it has started adding new locations. 

At this point, the franchisee is trying to keep its head above water, but the challenges it is facing will only grow. 

The franchisee has been struggling to attract the top talent in the industry, especially in catering. 

According to the company, it’s hard to find top chefs in a vacuum. 

There are just too many talented chefs who are unable to be on-site to serve their guests, especially with the new culinary styles being developed. 

While the company has recently added two new locations, it also plans to open two more in the near future. 

As a result, the average cost per pie at the franchise is over $4,000. 

However, the food at the new locations is so expensive, the employee salaries are much lower than the franchise. 

So, it can be hard to justify the $4 million+ price tag. 

And it’s not just cheesecake that is expensive. 

Some of the ingredients used in the pies are made in other countries and require high-quality ingredients, which can cost up to $15,000 per pound. 

Furthermore, many of the cheesecake items, like the chocolate topping, have to be imported. 

If the franchise had more staff and fewer workers, the price of the pies could be lower. 

For example, at the New York location, the cost per serving of cheesecake at the franchised store is $1,100. 

To top it off, the restaurant has to maintain two servers. 

This isn’t the first time the franchise has been in trouble. 

Last year, the New Jersey franchise lost $500,000 in revenue, and in the first three months of this year, it had a net loss of $5.7 million. 

It was one of the worst years for a franchise since the early 2000s. 

After the franchising deal was signed, the owner made some changes to the business, including reducing staff, cutting costs and laying off employees. 

Despite the challenges, the number of cheesecakes sold is growing. 

Even so, the pie-maker is not able to keep pace with demand, and the average price per serving has remained the same for years. 

With rising demand, franchisees are faced with the challenge of finding the right ingredients to make their products, especially when the customer base is growing at such a fast pace. 

Unfortunately, cheesecake is not the only item that has to be considered when considering the cost of buying a cheesecake.

You might buy a 9.5-inch cheesecake, which is about the size of a medium-sized cheesecake and weighs about half as much.
