If you’re one of those people who have to get up early in the morning to watch a game, the NBA Playoffs are here to help you out.
The league announced Monday that it is launching an app for iPhone and Android, allowing users to stream the action and schedule their viewing session with a dedicated app.
For the first time ever, fans can watch live games in a convenient, easy-to-use app.
And for the first-time ever, they can watch games in both the U.S. and Canada.
It is an all-new format, which means we’re not talking about a brand new TV package that comes out in the fall, but rather a complete package that is live and available for all.
The app will launch in Canada on July 11 and in the U of T’s sports programming room on July 12.
The NHL will also have a live broadcast, with the first game on the first day of training camp and the last game on July 16.
We’ve got a new app that lets you watch the Playoffs live in Canada, USA and Canada on a smartphone or tablet.
Here’s how to get started.
The first game will be played on July 10 at 5:30 p.m.
ET in the Toronto Maple Leafs’ new arena.
The first round will be scheduled on July 18.
The NBA will be on the air in Canada for a six-hour pregame show and the postgame show will air on CBS.
The second round will start on July 19 at 3:30 a.m., but that game won’t air until later in the day.
There will be a game at 7:30 and a game on Fox Sports 1 at 7 p.com.
We’ll be streaming the entire playoffs, including the first and last games of each series, for free to fans in the US and Canada through the NHL and NBA.
We’ve also got the complete schedule of all regular-season games and the playoffs for the NHL, NBA and the NHLPA.
The NBA’s coverage will start July 14 with the Knicks vs. Cavaliers at 7 a.t.m ET.
The Celtics vs. Nets at 7 pm ET will air July 19.
The Lakers vs. Rockets at 7.30 p.-9 p.p.m on ESPN will air in Australia on July 20.
The NHL will be the first major sports league to make use of the app, which is expected to be available to fans on iOS, Android and Roku devices in the coming weeks.
