A shoe store in a suburb of Atlanta that sells designer and designer-branded shoes will be sold for $200 million.
The former Boca Raton Bonsai store on a hillside will close in 2019, according to plans filed Tuesday with the city of Atlanta.
The new site is expected to bring more than 600 jobs to the area.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported last year that the Boca Ridge store sold about 100,000 pairs of shoes per year.
Boca Creek Properties, which bought the property from the former owner in 2015, said the site is set to be the largest commercial real estate project in the area’s history.
